I drew an illustration of the advertisement for an apartment. It’s a very beautiful apartment built-in 1896. The ground floor is a restaurant, and apartment owners have been looking for new tenants since the end of January 2021. The area is Lichterfeld, Berlin. It is very quiet and has a lot of nature, and many families live there.
